Meanwhile, Isabella thought it would be nice to take a nap in the bed at the store.

On a trip to Ikea, Lachlan took a ride on Dan's shoulders.
On our walk home from dinner, Dan and Isabella rescued a birds nest that had fallen on the ground.

This little girl and Lachlan were flirting across the restaurant at dinner the other night. The only thing that distracted her was the food being served at her table. At this point I'm not sure if Lachlan was looking at the girl or the food too.
Isabella helped put the boxes on the shelves in the play room. I tried to help her but she wanted no part of that. She wanted to set everything up all by herself.
Our new house is taking a small amount of adjustment. An example is how I locked myself out of the house while the kids were in it. It was 7am and Isabella was still sleeping and I wanted to take a few boxes out to the car. I did not realize that just turning the front door knob does not unlock the door as it had at our other homes. As soon as I realized what I'd done, I called out to Lachlan who was by the door. I tried to get him to turn the knob, but they are different at this house. I ran down to Isabella's bedroom and banged on the window hoping I'd be able to tell her how to get upstairs and open the door. No response from her after two minutes of knocking and yelling. I then thought that there was a possibility our bedroom window was unlocked. Luckily, it was! I was just about ready to break a window. Lori said I have Anissa-ized the house. When I got back inside I went and checked on Isabella and she was just laying in her bed. She'd heard me, but she just lay in her bed waiting or me to come and get her.

Isabella had a little picnic in our dining room because we hadn't set up the table yet.
Well if I'm taking a picture of Lachlan I have to take a picture of Isabella. As soon as she saw me pull my camera out she said 'Picture of Bella straw!'
With Lachlan getting restless at dinner, I gave him everything I could find. A fork, a chip clip and a coaster. He was good for another 10 minutes.
At Outback Steakhouse Isabella and Lachlan looked at a map of where Nana and Grandpa live.

Before the television was set up, both kids were happy watching Sesame Street on our tiny dvd player.

5 children's chairs and 2 adult chairs in the new play room and Isabella chose to sit in a box.

Isabella got a balloon at Henry's Market and took it to bed with her.
I told Isabella that it was moving day and she gathered everything she thought she'd need for the new house. I fluffy pen, some necklaces, a bag and a torch. Not to mention her favorite item, her tiara. Auntie Lisa that was money well spent!
Lachlan managed to sneak behind the tv on moving day.
