Mission Bay

This is where we do Stroller Strides every day. Well, 3 days a week!

Toilet Roll

Well, Lachlan enjoyed nibbling on this squished toilet roll. Tasty.

Brush

If you don't have any hair, you may as well just eat the brush.

Stickerem an

Isabella has changed her tune about stickers. Now she really likes them and wants one every morning. She tells me what shape it is and we are also working on colours. This morning she wanted a red star sticker on her nose, so that's what I gave her.

Friendly

Oh dear. Isabella and Katie ran to the wall at the beach and started saying hi to strangers. They are very friendly.

Katie's Glasses

Isabella ran all over telling our friends that she was wearing 'Katie's Glasses' at the beach yesterday.

Smile

Who couldn't love a smile like this?

Sand in her eyes

Isabella got a little sand in her eyes. To get the sand out she was rubbing it....with her sandy hands! I used a lot of wipes trying to remove the sand. It was also in her ears. It was into the bath tub as soon as we got home.

Shrawbree

I dressed Isabella for the first time in this pretty white dress that I bought her last year. Its a 24 month outfit so it hasn't fit until now. I packed her dry snacks that couldn't stain her clothes. However, the picnic was a potluck and Claire brought strawberries. Isabella had a field day. I guess she doesn't mind a little sand with her strawberries!

Model

Isabella asked me to take a picture of her (Picture, Bella?) so I told her to stand far away and pose. This is what she gave me.

Digging in the sand

Isabella did some digging in the sand with her spade and watering can.

Fun at the Beach

Lachlan had a great time playing at the beach with his playgroup this morning.

Sitting in the bath

Lachlan sits up for his bath now! His new favorite toy is this bath book he likes to eat. I think he was actually trying to fit the whole book in his mouth at one point.

Oranges

I bought some oranges yesterday and I put the bag on the floor and when I went to unpack the bag there were just two peaches in it. Hmmm. I searched high and low and finally found them in the wagon in Isabella's room. She probably thought she'd need a snack on her next ride.

Sitters

Now that Lachlan and Luke are sitters, they too can join in at music class!

Food?

In typical Katie and Isabella style, they stood over Amanda waiting to see if she was going to bring any food out of her bag!

Colouring

Isabella and Katie colored Sesame Street pictures at the picnic table yesterday.

Jumpers

Isabella climbs into Lachlan's jumperoo and joins him in the mornings while he plays in the exersaucer. The only problem is, she can't get out!
