Our little drama queen has the biggest tantrum when we make her go in the playpen. Yes, the giant 12x12 ft playpen with more toys than she knows what to do with. At first, she refuses to play with any toys and just holds her blanket and sucks her thumb, but after a few minutes, she comes around and realizes this is way better than any other place in the house.
